To entertain and increase the number of app users, Carrefour Drive established an activity only available in February and from the app. Simple and entertaining, the activity in HTML5 was the perfect format to entertain users and promote the app.
The package was built using two steps: Instant wins and a great final draw at the end of the game. Created by Relatia, the aim of the game was to win the loyalty of customers and promote the use of the app. As the activity was only available on the app, Carrefour Drive managed to incentivize customers to download it and use it, while handing users gifts for doing so.
